Huge screen! Screen clarity is amazing. Installation was really easy. I was able to DIY it. It is plug-in play. All the features working great so far. Steering wheel controls work after setting up. I love the Bluetooth CarPlay.

Works great, but you may want to remove the mic that's in the head unit. It's not very good and picks up all the road noise. I would also search Amazon for a replacement external mic that is noise canceling and works with the head unit (tip & ring only). The head unit has great sound and connects to android with no issues for me. Worthy of recommendation.

I easily installed this in my 2011 F250 - all the connectors were there and the install was simple. If you have to connect to CANBUS then there is an extra wire to connect. It fits great - it’s much easier to see and use than the other 7” Double DIN unit I had in there. I like the large buttons to get basic features like hone skip and the large volume knob. Easy to push without having to take your eyes off the road. Like an old car radio - no having to look at a screen to figure out where to push for basic functions.I use wireless Bluetooth to connect CarPlay and it works well - there’s a bit of lag but not much. About one in twenty times the phone doesn’t automatically reconnect when I start the car. But that’s manageable. It’s a good price I would say and it works well. The sound quality is much better than the $100 unit it replaces - I’m limited by the quality of my speakers but it sounds great.I haven’t wired up the backup camera and I don’t have steering wheel buttons to test, but everything I’ve used works well.I considered giving it 4 stars based on the 5% connection issue rate, but really it’s a lot of head unit for the price.

Swapped this into my ‘07 and it fired right up—no messin’ with wires. CarPlay’s slick, connects fast, and the screen’s decent. Sound ain’t bad either, def better than stock. That mic tho? Pretty weak—folks can barely hear me. Still, it’s a solid upgrade for the price if you ain't lookin' for top-tier gear.

Upgraded my older F-150 with this touchscreen car radio, and I couldn’t be happier. It brought a whole new level of convenience and tech to my truck. The touchscreen is sharp and super responsive, and it makes switching between music, maps, and calls incredibly easy. Bluetooth pairs quickly and stays connected, and the sound quality is a noticeable step up from the original system.I use Apple CarPlay daily, and it works flawlessly — maps, podcasts, and hands-free texting have been game changers. The backup camera input is a great bonus too, especially for parking and towing. Installation was pretty straightforward with the right harness and dash kit, even for a weekend DIYer like me.If you're looking to modernize your F-150 without replacing the whole truck, this is a solid investment.

This plug-and-play wireless CarPlay/Android Auto radio unit is a feature-packed upgrade for older Ford models, bringing modern tech to vehicles that originally lacked it. One of its biggest pros is its easy installation; it’s truly plug and play, with no need for splicing wires or deep technical knowledge. Support for wireless CarPlay and Android Auto adds major convenience, allowing seamless smartphone integration for navigation, music, and hands-free calls. The 5G wifi and Bluetooth 5.0 offer strong, stable connectivity, and GPS navigation functions well even without a phone connection. Steering wheel control support is another plus, preserving factory functionality and enhancing safety and usability while driving. However, the unit does have a few drawbacks. While the touchscreen is generally responsive, the display resolution and brightness may not match premium aftermarket head units, which could be a con in bright sunlight. Some users have reported occasional Bluetooth pairing issues or minor lags in wireless CarPlay, particularly during long drives. Compatibility is broad but still limited to specific Ford models and years, so double-checking fitment is essential. Lastly, while the audio quality is decent, it may not fully satisfy audiophiles unless paired with upgraded speakers. Still, for its price and the wealth of modern features, it’s a strong value-packed choice for bringing new tech into older Ford vehicles.
