Have three Honda generators EU1000i and 2 EU2000i. Will use these to extend the running time, oil changes and check for metal in the oil.

The cap almost fits but is too loose on the threads , and the oil fill and drain aren’t even close . Save your money because it’s 100% a waste of time money !

I have two eu2000i Honda generators and a brand new eu2200i. The gas cap does not properly fit either model. The gas cap threads are incorrect and will slip and skip when trying to make an airtight seal. I would not buy this brand. I bought a similar item from another brand in 2019 which still works great. This is a copy that is not to the correct spec.

The funnel makes it alot easier to drain and fill. The dipstick is to long, sure glad I pulled it over 1 revolution and checked because the magnet was laying on the bottom. The gas cap seems to be good quite but have used it yet. Dipstick definitely is to long.

The color is nice! The fit and finish is great! First try success! Fill drain tube is so easy to install and dump/ refill with premeasured oil. The gnurrely gnarleys on the oil plug is so nice to grip! I may find a plastic tube to help unscrew when hot. Great combo for good price! Clean to unscrew tube with small rag. I roll it up in and tuck in a baggy.

My fault not ensuring this would fit my Honda 2200. Extender is way to small in diameter. A good idea, although I found extender is not necessary. Just lean generator to side enuff to pour oil into crankcase. And to empty crankcase, simply tilt generator using built in pour spout:) I gave it 3 stars as gas cap for external fuel source may still work.
