Great seller and FAST shipment! But since it is an OEM product, you pay $ for that. Switch panel is difficult to remove and switch itself is VERY difficult to remove. YouTube video helped. I tried to pry the switch out using several plastic trim tools simultaneously but to no avail. I ended up using a Dremel to grind down the two locking tabs on the front of the old switch making it easier to remove.

The driver door stopped locking with the switch. It took less than 2 minutes to change it, and now it works perfectly!
