This was a great addition to Hawaiian night at my daughterโs school. Not only did it come with a lay around the neck but it also came with the brackets and the grass skirt. You could choose from multiple colors.It was a great price for what you get too! My daughter saved them all and still wears them around our house!

I used it to make a witches broom for my witches dance group. I got a lot of compliments on it. I used an old flag pole. I wanted a tall one so I could also use it as a walking stick.

I pay for 2 day shipping as a Prime member and it is late 9 times out of 10. Amazon is using USPS instead of UPS so it is on their time.
