Great affordable gun locks. I like the key interchange ability. They will slow a thief down, but they would be able to cut them off easily with the right tools.

They work. The keys to the locks are not particularly substantial and the cable locks work, in the sense that the key opens them and they actually lock, but inserting the cable into the lock takes some coaxing and after inspecting them up close, I can't imagine anyone being deterred by them. Yet one more example of you get what you pay for. Given that these are intended to safeguard against misuse of weapons, it will work with children, assuming they're even permitted to find the weapons in the first place. But they're really awkward to use. Just one broken-down, baggy-eyed old Marine's opinion.

I need a couple of locks for my gun collection and this set fit the bill. Having multiple locks with the same key reduces the number of keys needed. I need to buy another set to further reduce the number of keys.

We used to secure helmets to our bike. Good that they are all keyed alike. Keys though are a bit flimsy so I am careful not to bend.

I wanted some way to lock my Pelican cases used to store pistols. I didn't want to have 10 different keys.These locks work perfectly on the Pelican 1170 case.

Can’t beat it. Three locks that come with the same key x6, so you never get them mixed up. With a little one running around my house, I decided to buy locks instead of a safe, for now, to lock up the rifles. These give me a temporary peace of mind, easy to lock, and at a good price.

price is good but the lock is indeed cheaply madeIt’s good for keeping the guns safe from kids and for abiding to gun storage regulation.All 3 locks are keyed the same and you get 6 keys! Also, if you manage to loose them all, they are a breeze to pick.

I found I can lock my helmet with 1. Lock my Girlfriends helmet with another and then Lock my leather jacket by going through the sleeve. Perfect that all 3 use the same key so as not to have to carry around extra keys for nothing. I know most people buy this for locking you guns but I noticed other reviewers also bought these for locking helmets on Motorcycles as well. Glad I purchased it for that as well.

I was presently surprised at the q2of these lock for the price. Saves me a trip to stores for single locks at 7.00 a piece. I have a 22 Baretta, 2 Glock 9mm, 17 & 19 and a Llama.max 2 .45cal. This was a great value for extra locks as I aquire more firearms. Definitely worth the cost for Prime members. Mine were delivered on Sunday at noon.Cliff Ridley

These locks are long enough to work on both handguns and long guns, they were compatible with my 22LR 223 and 9mm. It comes with 2 pair of keys per lock and I LOVE that these 3 locks are all keyed the same. I've had to cut so many of these locks in the past because the keys get easily misplaced but with 6 pairs of keys I shouldn't have that problem. The cable covers are made out of plastic but they are durable enough to withstand the pressure applied by the bolt. The keys need to be inserted to both lock and unlock the lock. Note that these locks can be easily cut with a cable cutter but it does it's job to comply with California law for transportation and also to keep guns/rifles safe from children.
