While the Pick roller fit perfectly my Fujitsu scansnap S1500 the Pad set could not be used because, it did not fit or clip in position.Thus the reason for the one star rating.

Works well and the scanner is a good as new. The scanner software tells you how many cycles the consumables have run and when to replace.Would (and have ) purchased from them several times.

When my scanner stopped picking up the papers and became a total pain in the butt when it came to feeding the documents, I youtubed what could be wrong. I'm so happy I found this part on amazon. It was easy to replace and did the trick! My fujitsu works great again! yays!

I was going to have our IT company replace but they said it would cost about $150 to replace so I decided to order these instead. I watched a video on YouTube; it was in another language but was able to visually tell how to replace. Very simple and fixed my feeding issues! I would definately recommend this purchase again.

I do home inspections and have been scanning thousands of pages in my Scansnap scanner for years and for the past few months Every time the scanner would pull multiple pages and jamb,very frustrating as it now was a job feeding page after page in my scanner. I was thinking about purchasing a new scanner then started to google my issue and saw that I needed to change out the consumable,I ordered the pad and roller and took just a few minutes to replace. All I can say is WOW,no more issues, it’s like have a new scanner again. I don’t write reviews to often but when something really stands out Ilike to share.

After 7 years of frequent use my Fujitsu S1500 scanner wouldn't feed the paper without some persuasion, and then it would misfeed most of the time. I was a bit skeptical that these 2 parts alone would make a big difference; usually there are a range of mechanical issues as machines get older. But after installing these parts the scanner works like new again. It is truly unbelievable. Installation was not difficult, and the instructions were not bad (not good either). A very worthwhile purchase for $80 to avoid spending $400-500 on a new scanner.

ordered this set twice and both times the pad is not in the box just the pick roller.
