Arrived in dirty package and lock scuffed up in a couple places, like I was the lucky recipient of a return. Looked kind of like a cheap Chinese build. Bummer. But been looking for a spare tire lock that will handle a 9/16" wheel stud and handle a one inch nut. I premeasured the nut in the opening and it fit great. Had to remove the rubber plug in the end to accommodate the longer stud/bolt. It was a glove tight fit. Hoping I'm wrong about the cheap looking build.

When installed under very light torque the metal split and broke under the pressure from the lug. Item is cheap junk, low grade cast material.

well constructed, heavy duty does not seem cheaply made. i was worred about getting tire stolen now I dont worry about it at all.

Not quite as heavy-duty as I expected but will do the job fine. It was easy to install in a minimal amount of time.
