We bought this in December and finally was able to put it up for the summer to use. Not even 24 hours later all 3 fiberglass poles snapped. Yes this was installed per the poor instructions. For 200.00 this should have been much better. This is a rip off.

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this product. We purchased it as a Christmas gift for our son, and while we eagerly assembled it in the new year, our excitement turned to disappointment when it broke just two days later.After reaching out to the seller, they promised to send a replacement part. However, the replacement arrived a month later and did not match the original. The poles were significantly thinner, and unsurprisingly, they broke during assembly.This experience was a waste of both our time and money. The poor quality of the product is evident, and I cannot in good conscience recommend it to others.

Easy enough to put up with ground stakes but because it is an arc they fall or Fiberglass shatters evertime the wind blows so get prepared to pay 50.00 evertime the Fiberglass rods break. DO NOT handle Fiberglass rods with bare hands.

My son loves this cage. But any smallest bit of wind and it gets knocked down, we have had the poles replaced already once and the back pole has already snapped again. Not happy, my son uses it all the time.

This is a good batting cage if you're not ready to put in a permanent one. My son loves it and uses it every day. It's not terribly sturdy until you get it all tied down. Once it's secured, it's sturdy enough to handle normal practice. It does take 2-3 people to put up - definitely not a one person job, so make sure you have some help on hand. All in all a good purchase that I would make again.

I purchased this cage for my 13 yo daughter, and it has been the perfect addition to her softball training. While I’m more than satisfied with the quality of this cage, I’m unsure if it will sustain heavy use with real softballs or baseballs. We also purchased a few bags of foam softballs to use with the cage, since this purchase was made simply to compliment her usual hitting regimen. We use the cage 3 or 4 days a week, and we can easily get 100 swings in playing a little front toss. We love it.One evening I left the cage up during a powerful north Texas storm. The storms blew the cage down and all 3 sections of the support rods broke. Totally my fault - I knew the storms were coming, and I knew they’d be powerful. I contacted customer service, completely willing to pay for replacement rods to be shipped. They immediately responded that new rods were on the way for no additional charge, and I received them a few days later. Good stuff right there.When erected correctly, this cage is very secure and is a very good product. Have realistic expectations on the amount of abuse you expect it to endure for the money you paid for it , and you will be very satisfied with your purchase. I recommend this product.

Much better than the Heater Sports Net. Poles came with wire in between like a tent. Poles feed through very sturdy enclosures. Unit is secured with multiple guy wires and stakes. Net is high quality and should withstand quite a bit. I requested the front screen as well so I will add to review when I receive it. Comes with zippered storage bag, stake pouch and pole pouch.

When I purchased this batting cage, it had a missing part and several other parts were broken. However, I was contacted by customer service and they were extremely helpful. They quickly replaced all of the missing and broken parts at no expense to me. They also sent me a handwritten letter apologizing. I give the cage four stars and their customer service five stars. This is a company that clearly cares about their customers.As for the cage, now that I have all of the parts, it works well and I'm completely satisfied. I was a little concerned that some of the poles broke easily, but I think I had a bad unit originally. As I said, customer service was happy to replace everything at no expense to me, so I have no complaints. I'm very happy with the cage now.
