According to my husband, this gaming chair was easy to assemble and provides solid back support. However, the back could be a bit taller for those with a long torso, so it may not be the best fit for tall individuals.It adjusts up and down smoothly, rolls easily, and is lightweight. The seat could use a bit more or slightly softer cushioning, and adjustable armrests would be a great upgrade.The leg rest is easy to use and makes afternoon “thinking” breaks much more enjoyable. The built-in massager is a nice touch, but it has only one speed, is a bit loud, and the short power cable makes it tricky to plug into a USB connection, we’d recommend using a longer cord, so a charging pack isn't necessary. It is a good chair with some room for small improvements.

I got this gaming chair in black & red & it is a beautiful chair. The material is very easy to wipe clean. The chair itself is very sturdy one put together. It took about 40+ minutes to put together. Unfortunately the way the bottom piece of the seat is designed this chair is meant for thin people. I have thick thighs & this chair is very tight around my thighs & slightly uncomfortable. So maybe best for a teen. But it’s very easy to adjust. The pillow is easy to take on & off.

The assembly was easy and straight forward, and the chair is comfortable to sit in. The design of this chair is not only beautiful, but also very strong. It is not an overstuffed chair but having used it for a few weeks, I find it a pretty good place between too soft and too hard. The fabric used is breathable, has a soft texture and is comfortable to sit for long periods of time without feeling hot or uncomfortable.The height adjustment is also nice. I have it all the way down and that's perfect for my height. If you're tall you won't have any problems since this thing can go really high if you need it. It's really cool to have this gaming chair in my gaming room! I'm very happy with this gaming chair and I highly recommend it!!!
