I installed that turbo on my truck, no difference in power but cause me a lot of problems, fits ok but it's not worthy

Bought this turbo a little over a year ago, have put only 5000 miles on it and the vains are stuck, this is a daily driver, didnt even get a chance to try towing with it. tried contacting sellers and keep getting automated garbage, don't buy, spend a little more and get quality.

The turbo initially performed quite well. but recently started leaking oil the the internal seals. It is being pulled from the truck and I will have it looked at.

So far so good. This is the third turbo since new. Two were replaced under warranty so this time, paying for it, I decided to buy this one. Sure I watched all the YouTube videos on how to remove, clean the turbo and reinstall. In the interest of reducing downtime and the fact the outgoing turbo is 12 years old, my truck deserved a new “improved” one.Not so easy to replace. Removal is fairly quick but getting the new one back in place on top of the oil drain is a challenge. After the 6th time knocking the drain tube off, a friend of mine came over to help. He dropped the transmission crossmember about 4” and that gave me just enough room under the cowel to get the turbo back in place. None of the YouTube videos I found recommended this - keep this in mind if you do this job yourself.No, the intake side of the turbo is not chrome like the picture. The intake and exhaust housings are larger than the original and I hope the vanes keep moving - surely Garret improved the design - I hope.This is subjective but I would say boost builds more slowly than the original but peak power seems better. There is a noticeable whistle now. Too soon to tell if it will be durable or better than the original but, the job is done!

Installed it on my 06' f250 6.0L, fits good no issues. And you can't beat that awesome whistle it makes !!!!! My original turbo was done so I decide to go with this one. So far it has worked great, sounds great, and provided a little more boost.

Bought this to replace a rusted out OEM Garrett turbo. It's a nice little upgrade to the powermax. Makes boost much faster the the original before it went bad. Fit was perfect, everything bolted up nice. I also bought the turbo mounting kit. I would recommend the mounting kit.

Great addition to my truck. This turbo is awesome for top end performance. Takes a bit longer than I expected to spool up from a dead stop.But once she's up, look out your truck cant get enough! Awesome product worth every penny! Also if your like me and really love the sound of a turbo...this thing sounds great!!!
