I purchased this a few months ago as part of a coffee bar, and finally got the chance to use it AFTER the return window passed. Unfortunately, it percolated everywhere, water on the wall. I am writing to ask for a refund.

This coffee urn percolates over the edge, has no seal, and is unusable. Unfortunately, it is not eligible for return since we bought it over 30 days ago.

Followed the instructions and while brewing it started to leak. Dont understand what happened. I had purchased for my Church, I thought I was doing a good thing, turned out I was wrong.
