The Gates brand name speaks for itself and does not need my introduction. The bolt that is used to tighten or loosen the tensioner somehow came out and went missing so I clearly needed a new tensioner. I ordered it One Day shipping and it arrived some 20 odd hours later just in time to fix it before I drove my family down from New York to Florida in the middle of the summer. Quite happy that I was able to get this part put in properly in time.
