The plastic the parts are in inside the box was open (usually can't return when it is) and one of the idler pulley bolts missing. Other than than that, works great.

Very disappointed with the reliability of this kit. I had this kit installed at a local shop here in Charlotte, NC called GMP Performance. They installed it almost exactly 1 year ago into my 2006 Audi A4 2.0T. As you can see by the picture, the upper roller failed first, thus almost forcing the belt off of alignment. Thankfully I caught it before total engine failure.
