I had to convert the stand so the gazing ball I have would fit even though the description was specific for the size I have.

It can hold either 10” or 12 “ globe. Going to put it on top of my tall planter. Amazing outdoor feature. Pleased with this product. 💐

I liked the size. It is nice but the metal is light weight. I was afraid it would not hold the ball, but it is a bowling ball I transferred into a glaze ball so is heavy enough to hold. The ring wants to fall out of the frame but could secured with glue of some sort. Like it.

For stability, I made pins out of a wire coat hanger to secure it to the ground as it is in a bed of river rock.

Easy to assemble the bottom hole is a little big so the glass glazing ball sits sideways

I purchased 2 of these stands for my gazing globes. They are on the short side as described but are perfect for what I needed. If the globes happen to fall they are close enough to the ground they will not be damaged (as has happened in the past). As I have changed some of the plantings the lower ones fit in better.

This item comes flat packed. It was easy to put together. Diameter of the sphere sitting on it is 30cm. I will be ordering this again.

When this arrived it looked nice, but when I was pressing the two rings in place to make the stand I thought it may be more femur and would blow over in the slightest wind with my gazing ball on top. I needn't have worried. It has been placed on soil in my back garden for approximately one month so far and has not budged. I have a metallic gazing ball, approximately the size of a small football, placed on top and neither have been in any danger of falling. Looks good. Definitely recommend.
