My Frigidaire FFHB2740PSBA was starting to feel warm in the freezer and refrigerator, opened her up and found the fan not running (Look up appliancespartspro and repairclinic on how to dissemble). Some of the reviews sound scary after they mention a knock off were sent. I took a gamble, made sure it was Sold and shipped by Amazon and not a third party. I was happy to receive one identical to the old OEM part, "Made in Thailand" Marble white pattern on casing, Sealed Frigidaire sticker on box outside. Installed the part, let it ran overnight and happy to find it back to 0 degrees in the morning.

Initially I bought a no-brand part only cost $19 and it didn't work, so i decided to bite the bullet and buy this Panasonic part that costs almost $80 more. It's worth it because I have my refrigerator working. Hope this will last me at least another 6 years.

I began trying to fix my fridge with a $20 version of this part (same part number) that looked the same. This is not a part to cut corners on. The higher price point is worth it and you’ll save yourself from a LOT of frustration and uncomfortable maneuvering. Once I ordered this the repair took 45 minutes max (and most of that was just getting to the part and then putting back all the panels and food drawers).

Fraudulent seller! Got a $20 knock off part with a cheap label like u find on the knock offs. No Panasonic label like in the product image. Moreso, the part doesn’t actually fit into my Fridgidaire, the pins and connector are different, despite it being the correct part number (241509402). Assuming this store is not a legit Fridgidaire store despite the similar name.

This was the exact replacement part for my refrigerator. The price was higher than some of the knockoffs but you get what you pay for. Precise fit with the connectors matching. Works perfectly

I have a Frigidaire (made by Electrolux) LGHN2844MF0 manufactured in 2010, side-by-side fridge with lower freezer. Was giving 5Y EF error code and would not cool. After researching online, found this fan and matching fan blade (https://amzn.to/2PdqtaM). Replaced both and the issue was solved. I recommend replacing the fan blade with the motor. Replacement took about 90 minutes, it was the first time I had attempted such a repair. If I had to do it again I could do it in 15 minutes. I recommend taking pics at each step so you can remember how everything goes back together.Basic steps, disconnect power to the fridge. Remove freezer baskets, remove top freezer shelf slides by using the black plastic "release" near the back of each slide. Unbolt the four 1/2" bolts that hold the freezer door to the lower shelf slides. Set aside the door. Remove the two screws that hold the upper shelf slides and remove the upper slides, set those aside. The lower slides can stay in place. Remove the back plastic pieces (2) and the large thin metal plate at back of freezer section. You have to disconnect the cable going to ice maker, just pinch and pull. Then pull the connector out of the large thin metal plate. I think there are about 5 screws total, keep track of which screws go where. Set these plastic pieces and the large metal plate aside. This will expose a small metal plate that has the fan assembly. Remove that plate, disconnect the wiring connector. Pull the small plate/fan assembly out. Take photos of the fan and fan blade orientation and pay close attention when reassembling. Compare the old fan assembly to your parts and make sure they are the same, and the wiring connectors etc all match up. If not, you need to get the right parts before moving forward. Remove the fan by releasing the small plastic "u-clamp", carefully remove the fan, and don't lose the rubber bushings that isolate and hold the fan to the bracket/plate. Remove the old fan blade, and get the small washer from the shaft. Put the washer back on the new motor shaft, push the new fan blade onto the shaft and make sure it's the proper orientation, it could be possible to put it on backwards. Look at your photos. The fan is designed to "push" or "pull" air depending on how you describe it, but it needs to be installed the same way as the original. Carefully put rubber bushings on fan motor, reinstall w plastic U-clip, then start the process of re-assembling everything in the reverse order that you removed it.Take this opportunity to carefully wipe down all the parts, pieces, panels inside the freezer. Once you have it all back together, also remove the front lower plastic trim below the freezer door, and the cardboard cover on the back of the fridge, and clean out any yucky hair/dirt/debris. The stuff under the fridge works best if it's cleaned up occasionally and can dissipate heat more effectively.
