When I enter my vehicle, it said that it fit on my 2015 Nissan Frontier. The position on the description is right(which is wrong) instead it should say rear. But the problem is that even if it is misleading, you will think, well I have a set of rear brake pads that I will use eventually, come to find out that it doesn’t fit my truck, even though it clearly said that it would. Now I am stuck with pads that I will never use. Since has been over 30 days.I am sure the pads are a quality part for the right vehicle. The one star is because they should review and check what vehicles that it actually fits.

I installed this rear brake pads it on my Pathfinder 2020 AWD SL. I was very confused by the fact that these pads come with no shims and shim covers unlike my OEM pads, but I thought I’ll just use shims from the old ones and be done. Well, I was wrong - these pads are newer version of OEM pads and they have different construction - shim is integrated into pad, and they look very different from original ones I had on my vehicle since purchase. Even retainer clips are different (shorter). After googling it for an hour, I’ve came to conclusion that Nissan discontinued the version with separate shims (44060-AL586) and introduced these pads with integrated shims (DD06M-8H38PNW), but forgot to tell anyone! All manuals, all articles, all youtube videos - they all show older version, so dont get confused. The pads also come with brake grease that needs to be added on break caliper where pads touch it, and also under retainer clips (after you clean that area thoroughly). So far (after about 500 miles) no noise from the pads, even without separate shims. I will update this review if this changes. (Old pad on the photo to show shims - shiny metallic things on the back - and the newer pads are simply black)I hope this review will be helpful for someone!
