Excellent machine! Once you get to learn how to use it and get it dialed in to your liking the machine works perfectly. The coffee is excellent and the steamer froths the milk great. But the most important part is the customer service provided by the manufacturer.They responded the same day to my request and solved it.

It took me a few days to figure out how to properly grind the coffee to the right size and how much ground coffee to add to the portafilter. I am really enjoying my morning espresso and my kids love the cappuccino.

This machine is incredible. It takes some time to figure out procedure but it's worth it. This made just as good of espresso as my brezzera hobby. Twin boilers you can make espresso and steam milk.

Super easy to set up and to use, everything is well explained in the booklet - I feel like a barista every morning when I make my latte! Not too big to fit any kitchen counter, the design is aesthetic and it makes delicious coffee! Worth every $$, I know I will keep this coffee machine for years! Totally recommend GIANNA!

A nice espresso machine. I’ve been wanting to have one in my home for a long time, and I’m happy to own it. However, I’m struggling to operate it more than I ever expected though I’m not sure if it’s because of me or the machine. Some buttons don’t seem to work, no matter how much I try to figure them out. Additionally, when grinding coffee, it’s quite difficult to get the desired amount. Sometimes it over grinds, and other times it under grinds.Yes, it seems like a durable and sturdy espresso machine, but if I can’t use it properly, it’s not very useful.
