I bought the snare hoop to replace a bent hoop on a Gretsch Catalina Club Elite snare. Worked like a champ despite the flange being slightly taller than the original. You can't go wrong with Gilbraltar products.

Way thicker than factory hoop that came with my snare. I do a ton of rim shots and this hoop takes them all with no warping.

Good hoop, though it was stained from the factory. Took some hard cleaning to remove most of it. Since it was going on a student drum, it didn't affect much of anything.
