If I could give it 0 stars I would. I can't get my machine to adjust temperature and there is no way of contacting for any kind of support. Wish I would have pulled it out of the box sooner to try out so I wouldn't have missed the return window. Basically paid for a big useless paper weight.

Great so far! Just pressed 12 caps with this straight out of the box and they turned out great. Easy to set up and even easier to use. No nasty, burning smells or smoke. Today was day 1 of using it so if any issues arise, I will update my review but so far, it’s been great. Thinking about buying another one!

Works well but while reading reviews about the machine smoking, I didn't think every machine would do it, but it did! I'm thinking it's probably residue on the plates that burn off. I've done a bunch of hats since I purchased it and it doesn't really give off smoke anymore.

I had been using a combo heat press with the multiple attachments. The hat press on the combo heat press was hard to hold the hat tight and swing the arm around without wrinkles and moving the taped leatherette patch. The first time I used it I was very skeptical the hat would turn out because it was SO EASY to use! Placed the hat, lowered the lever that helps hold the hat in place firmly and pressed the button to lower. Waited for the automatic timer to release and removed the hat. It was perfect! So nice to have to have the right machine/tools for the job and this machine is PERFECT for my situation.

The machine color is better than I image, looks better than the photo. The operating process is easy, you just need to put the hat in the middle and let the machine do the rest of the job, I tried making a couple of hats, the color and result is very good. The quality of the machine seems great, its heavy and stable. I enjoy to having this nice product so far.

I think this thing is AWESOME! It is so light weight and efficient. It is so easy to use and learn. It heats up super fast. It is small but mighty. I RECOMMEND this for anyone. Will probably get another one in fact.

I have to admit I was a bit skeptical about purchasing, but it has been great. Have done a few hundred hats on it. Only thing I wish it had was changeable platens for different hats. We had to use some old shirts to build up the current platen, otherwise works like a charm. Great for neck tags and small sleeve prints too.

After a couple days compared with other brands, I choose this finally. Shipping is super fast, I received the machine within 48 hours , that's way faster than I expected. I ordered other materials from other site, but they still on the way, so I have to wait until I can do my custom caps...The next day after I received the machine, I opened the box, OMG... the color is so lovely..Finally I have all other materials arrived, and start to do my cap, I am not that handy, so I contacted with the seller for instructions how to do it right, she is so kindly and patience, step by step, she helped me all the way to do my first cap... really appreciated for her kindly help...Only one thing need to keep in mind, just be careful about the heat, it is hot at the round part, she did reminded me and I still touched it by careless...Great machine ... great service... and lovely color as I am a super fans of Macron....

This was my first hat press. There is definitely a steep learning curve. First the good: Good value , good build quality. Now the not so good: Poor directions, the controls make the heat level difficult to change at first, the controls also affect the functionality, until you figure them out. For my patches on my hats have to preheat the hat, and then apply the patch. The lip on the top are does not line up with the bottom lip exactly, there is a slight overhang and you have to figure it out, so doesn't bend the hats.

This press would function great, if the temperature was accurate!It ruined many of my hats (burned) until I decided to measure the temperature! I got shocked by the differences between the displayed reading on the thermostat panel and the actual temperature on the heating element!I am not sure, if I got a defective unit, but I sent this one back!
