Flat face top and bottom is double cut. One side is single cut, and the other side is safe. File measurement is from the point to where the teeth end. Cut 1; medium/coarse. Length; Width x Thickness: 21.3 mm x 4.8 mm.

File looks and feels high quality. Didn't get a chance to use it before they asked for a review. But I have used a lot of files and I can tell I can replace a few with this one.

Hands down the best file I have ever used, very smooth and easy cutting action. Currently kicking myself for previously buying cheap import files instead of going straight to these high quality Swiss files.
