I have never had such a convenient way to effortlessly dispense a specific quantity of sugar. This makes it so much more convenient and is just such an easy way to keep a small quantity of sugar handy for effortlessly dispensing! It works perfectly for putting a bit of sugar on my oatmeal and for my coffee. I love that it is easy to control the quantity as well!I also feel that it is excellent to have it in glass, given all of the negative things that keep coming out about plastics and microplastics. The container is an excellent size. I have noted that it is small enough that even a child can get a good hand hold on it, as can senior adults.I would absolutely give my recommendation for this incredibly convenient sugar dispenser. It is also tremendously easy to add sugar for refilling! This is a definite asset for around the kitchen! Highly recommended!

I make coffee or tea most mornings for my wife. She likes it sugared "just right" so I though this would be just the gizmo needed to make my life easier, so I put it to the test. As I do some molecular gastronomy, I just happen to have a gram scale in my kitchen. The output of this dispenser ranged from 1.4 to 3.5 making it unreliable for accurate serving size. Unfortunate, as it is well made and a quality product. Now, in fairness, we use nothing but organic sugar which has a larger granule size than table sugar so that may or may not have a bearing on the results of my testing so jut be aware.
