DO NOT ORDER THIS GRIP-LOCK. I don't know how other customers can give this 4-5 stars. I put it on the first time on my Vespa Scooter throttle and I can't remove it. THE LOCK WILL NOT OPEN, despite I followed exactly the instruction, "twist it clockwise 1/4 of a turn and open the lock". I have to call LockSmith for help to remove this defect Grip-Lock, it costs money to buy it, a waste of my time/energy trying to remove it from the throttle, and more money to call LockSmith.

So, I buy this for my son's scooter. He puts it on for the first time last night, mind you it just arrived yesterday afternoon. Gets up this morning and tries to leave for work and turns the key 1/4 way like it says and NOTHING , NOTHING! No matter how you turn either key the lock will not open. We ended up having to spend about 15 breaking it off the throttle. Keep this in mind. Sometimes when vendors on here sell products they get the defects from the manufacture to make money. Thanks to this episode my son was late for work and I am here on AMAZON requesting a label to return it! It forces you to pick a star and i had to pick one star or i would have not picked any. Big disappointment.
