They are nice and small. They work. They come in handy. Kind of expensive to me but made with quality. Solid brass, quick release.

These chucks are hefty, well-made, and they seal well without having to hold them in place. The instructions say to push the chuck on until you hear the click. However, the "click" is the sound of the retainer scraping across the threads of the valve. After one click, the chuck leaked. I found that it works much better, with less potential damage to the valve, to press the button while pushing the chuck firmly onto the valve, and then release the button. Using that technique, it's easy to install and it seals with no leakage. The chuck also seals when it's not on a valve, so it's suitable to use on an air hose connected to a compressor or tank. But I prefer to use it together with an inflator that has a gauge.

It's advertised as "will fit most air inflators" but I have 3 different portable air inflators and this fit on none of them, the connector on this is too wide to screw onto the end of the hoses included with these air inflators. So you do have to be aware of that.I'm sure I can find some sort of downstep adapter to make this work but until I do I can't test it thoroughly since it doesn't connect to "most air inflators" obviously. Probably meant for larger air compressors hoses I'd imagine, which I don't have, but definitely not meant for portable consumer air inflators.

My current air-chuck has a sketchy connector. This one replaced it and was night and day difference. This attaches super easily to the valve and seats tight. It makes airing up tires super easy. I love how easy it was to use. Simply push it onto the valve and when you're done, push the button for release. Its well made with solid metal and works amazing. I'll probably be getting more of these for my other devices to adapt to these. Excellent

These air chucks are perfect for filling bicycle or car tires (or any tire with a Schrader valve.) they slide right on and click to lock into place effortlessly, and when properly locked in place don't leak any air or slip off until you click the button to release them from the valve. They're heavy for their size, made of solid brass and plated in stainless steel, so they should last a long time and not rust or corrode easily. Excellent machining, they slip onto the valve stem easily and latch in place automatically when fully seated. The button even has a nice hard plastic pad, that is gentle on the thumb and makes it very easy to release from the stem when done filling. Being able to fill tires without having to screw onto the valve stem or hold the air chuck in place makes the whole process much easier and more convenient! Just be careful not to overfill your tires, which is easy to do if you don't have a tire pump that automatically shuts off when it reaches the target pressure. As always if I encounter any issues or think of anything else to add I'll update this review!

I have used many locking air chucks over the years and the design of these is different than most others. As opposed to having a lever with a locking arm, these have a button with an internal locking mechanism. This seems to work well but can be a little confusing to use. When I first tried them, I attempted to push the button down to seat them on the air chuck and I thought mine were broken as the button did not move and felt bound up.After messing with them for a minute, I found out that you do not need to depress the button to put them on the valve stem. Simply push on with moderate force and they will clamp down. The button is only used to release them from the valve stem. The only down fall seems to be that they do require a little more force than expected to fully seal otherwise, you will have an air leak as they will not fully seat however if you get them fully seated, they seem to grip well and seal tightly.Quality is good and fit and finish is nice. I would expect them to last reasonable in a moderate use setting. Only time will tell if the internal latch mechanism will last but initial impressions are good.
