This is such a great kids baseball bag! It is excellent quality, fits all my son’s gear, and has a bonus area to personalize it with charms! Love this bag, I know it will get a lot of use!

I got this GoSports Youth Baseball and Softball Backpack for my son, and it has been a great choice. It fits all his gear—glove, helmet, bats, and more—while keeping everything organized. The backpack design makes it easy for him to carry, and the adjustable straps are comfortable. He especially loves the customizable charm panel, which adds a fun personal touch. It’s durable, well-made, and perfect for young players. Highly recommend!

This is a good bag for anyone starting out with softball or baseball.Construction-wise, it feels solid. Especially when you pick it up - however, there are a few places where the fabric is a little thin. Time will tell with repeated use, those spots might wear down. The zippers are a problem for me. The constant zipping, over-stuffing of the bag, throwing it around - I'm worried the zippers will fail. Time will tell, but it's a bit of a struggle for son to get it zipped properly. My daughter's helmet (with face mask) won't fit into the main pocket with her glove and other stuff. I really wish there were hooks off the back to strap it outside the bag. However, all my son's stuff can fit in it (team provides his helmet). I feel if you have a ton of stuff, you're going to run out of space really quick. For the charm panel, I'm not a fan. It's a great feature, but it's not really functional and I can see it becoming a problem in the future. I can see my kids tossing this bag around at the field and scraping the back on something dislodging a charm or two. Then it becomes a problem of "I lost my charms!" instead of focusing on the game. I feel the bag doesn't need it or could use some sort of clear cover to keep them safe. All in all, it's an okay bag for kids starting out. The bag quality might only last a year or two, but by that time you'll probably need to upgrade to a bigger bag anyways.

My son in Machine pitch needed a new bag that could carry the basics: 2 bats, Helmet (with mouth guard), field glove and batting gloves. This worked out perfectly, but my kid’s favorite feature?? The fact that you can put on Croc charms in the provided area on the bag. Such a unique feature and great use of space. Now i have to go out and get more charms that compliment the team colors!

We recently got this GoSports backpack, and we’re thrilled with its features. It’s a perfect blend of style and functionality, making it ideal for our daughter’s busy schedule of school and sports. The spacious compartments allow her to carry everything she needs, from books to sports gear.

This pack is a great size - large enough to hold things, but not so large that it overtakes the wearer. It is handy having such a large bottom to the bag without having the entire bag take on the size (tapers more narrow towards the top). It has enough room to hold a helmet and basic equipment, while also being suitable for lots of other uses (a bag that is not so specialized that it can only serve a single purpose is a great bag, indeed). I would actually consider this design as a good option for myself (adult woman) for a weekend getaway - the wide base makes finding things easier than a standard shaped bag, and when the front flap is pulled down, the bag transforms into something like an open bin, which is quite useful no matter the scenario!Less great features: the zipper feels a bit weak, catching and reluctant to move despite being new. I am not sure how compatible this will ultimately be to the rough tasks asked of a youth sports pack, I can imagine the zipper tracks popping open under pressure, and is probably not a great candidate for smooth zipping in dirt-filled environments (aka baseball fields), but maybe I will be proven wrong - which I wouldn't mind in the least! And honestly, most kids won't even notice so long as it continues to zip and for the price point, it likely helps keep this bag affordable, which is a positive thing. But regardless, this bag does come with a warranty and terrific customer care, so if there are any issues, I would trust they will help to do what they can.The other less great feature is the large hook on the top of the bag. This hook makes it super easy to hang the bag on site, but it is less great that it is permanently attached on the outside of the bag. The only way to remove it would be to cut the looped webbing handle that it is threaded onto, which would not just remove the hefty hook, but would ruin the ability to hang the bag on anything ever. If the hook was removable, or if the webbed strap + hook could tuck inside the pack when not in use, this bag would be much more comfortable to wear / convenient to use. Having such a large and hard piece of plastic flapping around behind your head or getting caught between your upper back and the heavy pack is really not ideal.Overall, this pack is a great and versatile design, well-made, and hopefully durable. I am very pleased with it. But just in case, I'll be activating my warranty as a precaution against the zipper, and will be finding a slightly different way to hang it up (though before I grab the scissors, I better first check if the warranty will still cover a pack with the top hook strap cut off!)

This seems like a very durable product, perfect for the rugged use required of an athletic bag. The zippers work smoothly, and it is large enough to hold necessities. I especially like the pockets on each side for bats or water bottles, as well as the hook at the top that can be used to hang the bag in the closet or dugout. The charm holder in the front of the bag is cute if your child is into personalization and could be a fun way for teams to personalize their bags (and help identify them easily). I would recommend this product!

First off the price is fair! My son is using this for his 6U baseball team and we’ve had no issues with the zipper and stuffing helmets, gloves, and everything else in there. It’s holding up like a trooper. My stepson is the same age and his backpack is a name brand and it does have a thicker material than this one but virtually they look very similar. My son is a little more lightweight, but it seems just as durable. I’m very pleased with the space that it has. It’s appropriate size for his age and looks like it’s gonna last as we move up!
