When I went to purchase this item, the reviews scared me. I got it anyways because of the price point and the few good reviews that where on here. I am amazed! These monitors work so well! My daughters room is at the end of the house from mine and the range was perfect and clear. She sleeps with a sound machine and I was thankful that the monitor did not pick up on the sound machine. The silence at first had me worried and paranoid that it was not working. I was so wrong. It would turn on every time she moved around which is great, allowed me to get her a bottle before she started crying which allowed my husband to stay asleep. The one time she did cry it picked up on it and was loud enough I was able to wake up from it and go to her. I personally only use mine at night when she is sleeping so I do have the batteries in it (3 AAA- not included) and I have it plugged in so I'm not sure how it works on just battery or how long it will last with just a charge since it is apparently rechargeable. This product is amazing, has an amazing price point, and works perfectly for me. Just keep in mind that on the back, you have to have the little switch on both at either A or B. Not A and B. That is the radio frequency and they have to match. I hope this review helps since so many others on here are so negative!

Doesn’t work, just static. I’ve read the manual several times over figuring it must be user error. I’ve put batteries in both parent and baby monitor, it’s just static, not picking up any actual noises.

Cheaply constructed. Low sound quality. Very power hungry. Microphone side has already failed and no longer picks up sound. My wife and I immediately didn't like the quality but it worked, at first. Turns out initial instinct was correct. One day we found our child was crying but the monitor didn't pick it up. We heard his cries the old fashioned way at least. Graco should find a new company to make their monitors.

I bought these and they are just static. They haven't worked once. Absolutely horrible. Spend a few more dollars and get a different set
