Bought this phone and returned it becuz it didn't have the L shaped electric adapter. Merchant sent the same phone out with the same wrong fit adapter. It should be an L shaped electrical adapter. The phone didn't sit flush becuz of this

This phone worked great with my RasPBX on the AREDN network. I found a Youtube video on configuring the phone. It was easy with a web interface.WB8ERJ

It was more high tech than what I was capable of figuring out. I could get it to work, but I’m sure it was user error. I would have sent it back, but my husband threw my box away vvv

I have been using Grandstream SIP phones for more than 10 years. Very serviceable product for low cost phone service over the internet. When we go on vacation, we take it with us so we don't miss calls. Very good quality connections, excellent features.
