So I prepared the soil using a rototiller. I spread the seeds evenly, watered them, raked them into the soil, then I covered them with a very light layer of straw. I made sure that they did not dry out as it is early spring here that was not an issue. It's been several weeks and there has not been a single sprout.

From spreading the seed to the first mowing took about a month. I selected the perennial sunny formula. I also used the seed starter. And the results are phenomenal. My HOA thought I had put down artificial grass. Of course that’s against the rules. I invited them to come feel for themselves. And then they had to apologize to me. This seed is beautiful and easy to use. I spread it, using my hand and letting the seeds slip through my fingers evenly across the ground. I did the same with the seed starter. I am currently the envy of my neighborhood.

Although it took a bit longer to grow as the package said. When it did grow it grew and spread like wildfire. We had a period of excessive sun and only the new grown grass stayed green. While the old grass turn brown. This is my second purchase which I now intend to reseed my entire lawn
