I sue this socket for garage door installation and it does well. It has held up for several months and has not rounded out. The magnet is still intact and functions like new!

I have purchased the same sockets 8 times over the last 2 years they typically last 3 months or less and then the corners of the socket become rounded. Low quality steel but have not found a better quality similar to harbor freight quality

Have used this daily for a couple of months. Magnet holding strong which is usually my complaint about sockets like this. I will definitely purchase again.

I install garage doors and impact thousands of heavy steel screws a week. This socket is amazing in every way. Super durable. Magnet is good. Spring is smooth. Very true hex. Just bought my second one. Saves so much time not switching from shallow magnetic to deep well. 1/2 inch drive does make it a bit bulky.

Great product. Have been looking for this for a while. I have been using this for about 2 months installing garage doors with no problems. I do think the magnet could be a little stronger but does the job.
