  • 1. Wrap the straps around your mattress to secure the mat.

    2. Ensure the rubber side faces up. Place it on top of your sheets for best results or under them if preferred.

    3. Plug the cord into the grounding socket. You're ready to rest grounded!

We have this on over our fitted sheet and sleep with our bare feet on it. It took me a few days to adjust to the cooler feel but it doesn’t bother me at all now. It’s really easy to use - we got it set up in less than 5 minutes. For the price it’s a great quality and has held up for 3 months of daily use. I believe in the power of grounding/earthing but I don’t have a list of the benefits that I’ve had. I want to say that I’ve noticed some differences- but I haven’t. We like it and are trusting that our bodies are indeed getting some benefits.

This product is so easy to use. I not only have been sleeping better but also feel more energetic throughout the day. I also have a leg injury that seems to be getting better. Great product. Will be easy to travel with.

I purchased several of these mats to give as gifts for the holiday being that they were so reasonably priced but when testing them with my product tester from the official earthing website none of them seemed to work. I did some further testing and used another grounding cord I had and it worked! I was pretty disappointed though because I tested all 4 that I’d purchased and it was the same thing for all of them. Not sure if this company is aware that the cords they are send with their products are defective.

My husband and I have been sleeping on this grounding mat for two weeks. The item is as described. The straps are stretchy enough to fit it over our king mattress, and the plug in has a long cord. I also like that there was two places to plug in depending on what side you wanted to use. I have no complaints on the quality of the mat itself, but I also can’t confirm it’s doing anything for us. I sleep pretty much the same, and my husband hasn’t noticed any remarkable difference either. I was hoping it would help his sleep but it really hasn’t. It might work for some people, but I don’t see any difference for us.

Bought this product after a deployment to help acclimate to the time difference once home. Not disappointed at all. It has made a significant difference in my sleep quality and overall REM sleep. It’s a great starter for people who are interested in the grounding effect.

I ordered a Queen size grounding mat to cover my bed...instead I got a mat that wouldn't fit a twin size bed. The material was not as expected--Was Not Leather either. I will be returning this.

We purchased this grounding mat about a month and a half ago and have been using it since its arrival. At first, we didn’t notice anything however, after about one week, we both noticed our sleep quality has improved greatly, and this is evidenced by a SleepWatch. Would highly recommend.
