It is so cute! Contrary to other reviews, I did not find a discrepancy in the measurement markings. It seems well made and I live that the ruler is canvas for long-term durability (won't tear quickly like the paper one I had before). My one disappointment is that the included adhesive hook arrived bent (pictured) but I'll either cut the bent parts off or use a command hook so it's really no problem.

My only complaint is that it has to be a weird measurement off the floor for it to be accurate. It would be easy if it was a standard one inch or metric measurement. Otherwise, it feels pretty sturdy and I don't think the kids will be able to rip it. So hopefully we'll be able to keep it until they are adults.

Recently moved so I bought this so I could copy my kids heights from the door at our old house. I like that I can keep track of their heights on this and if we ever move again I’ll just take it with me. It came with a black marker that was dried out when I received it but I had bought different colored markers anyway so each child has a specific color. Overall I’m happy with this purchase.

My son loves to see how he is growing. We were making the door frame at first, but I wanted something we'd be able to take with us. This is very well made, and looks like it'll last. The measurements are accurate. Make sure to use a tape measure while you're hanging it. I also needed a ladder to hang it high enough. I had to hang it on the wall because of the length. I like that it'll be long enough for years to come. The hook that came with it didn't stick to the wall well and fell off. I put a velcro command strip for hanging pictures on the hook and wall. I like that because you can take it down and hang out back up if you ever need to. That also made it easier to hang if I screwed up.

This is the chart you need for your childs growth! It is durable nice to write on and doesnt go through canvas.rolls up nicely for storage if you do not want to keep it on the wall .

We have written on walls for many years only to move. We transfer the measurements to a temporary piece of paper only to have some information lost. This ruler let's us bring our history with us! Quality height ruler with easy installation (it has a handy hook with it. We use the pen that came with it, but also use sharpies for each different kid. Love it!
