This doesn't work didn't touch the dirt or oil and grease. I'll stick to DIRT OFF best bike cleaner I've used and I've tried a lot.

I'll compare this cleaner to dawn dishwashing detergent. I use that soap to clean my bike because it's good for greasy dishes and it's cheap. I have always washed with dawn but mixed this up to try. It doesn't remove the greasy gunk on my front shock towers. It doesn't take off the grease that my bike chain drops on the frame. It doesn't clean my encounter with fresh asphalt but nothing short of WD-40 will tackle that part.I figure I did it wrong so I went back and read the directions. Let it sit. OK. I sprayed it again and let it sit. I'm in a hot and sunny climate so letting it sit for 5 minutes required moving it inside or it would dry. I used a brush on the gears and greasy bits. The brush spread that muck around but didn't remove it like when I use dawn. The bike didn't come clean. The frame is fine. Dirt comes off easily. The parts where I need it to work are the functional bits. When my chain is kachunking because of the dirt packed in it. I have a bike chain cleaner. It's a plastic thing with brushes and wheels that you fill with cleaner and clamp onto the chain. Zoom the chain through it a few times and it comes out like new. I put this cleaner it in full strength and my chain did come out clean. More clean than if I used a watery mix of dawn? No. More clean than simple green? Not nearly. My favorite is purple power because we use it at work and I have an unlimited supply of it. That stuff works better but I don't use it on my frame.Am I impressed? No. It's scented like lemons and maybe doesn't hurt the planet but it doesn't clean most of the parts I need to clean on my bike. Especially the shocks and the rear derailleur.

I received this item through the Vine program for free but my review is based solely on my own experience and opinions, without outside influences. Finally some good enough weather to make it worth cleaning up the bike. I forgot to take some detailed pictures of the cleaning process, being covered in soap and water, but enjoy the pictures of the final product. The Gtechniq cleaner produced some really nice results, removing all the grime from the last several months of outdoor riding in junk weather. I cleaned everything with it, frame, bars, wheels, tires, even the chain. Washed off easily and didn't seem to leave any residue. Good stuff, I happy with it enough for 5 stars.

You will need a spray bottle to mix this in if you want to get the most out of the product. It does make 3 liters which is quite a bit for washing bikes so it should last you quite a while. I have found that it works best if you apply it with a spray bottle, let it soak and spray it off with a pressure washer. That method is a bit trickier with Ebikes so I used a microfiber towel or smaller size sponge to get the tough stuff off and gently rinsed it off with a hose that way I didn't get water in sensitive electronics. This is the first time I have tried using a bike specific cleaner so I don't really know if it is any better than others but I do think it works better than regular car wash soap.

The liquid is concentrated so it is highly suggested to dilute it with water. It cleans well and it's doesn't leave a sticky residue.

* Gtechniq Bike Cleaner Concentrate - Refill Bike Clean Spray - Fast Acting Cleaner for Oil, Grease and Dirt Removal, Non-Toxic, Biodegradable - 500ml Bottle makes 3 Litres *This is easy to mix up and dilute. A little really goes a long way. We live near the trails and clean our bikes often but this has really cut through the built up grime a lot quicker so I would definitely recommend it!

As a bike cleaner it works just fine. You can spray it on and clean off a fair amount of grime and dirt. It's the perfect "between washes" product. The concentrate makes plenty of cleaner and you don't have to go crazy with it. Another review mentioned the pH of the product not being safe for unpainted bikes. I believe the pH listed is of the before dilution with water. This product is concentrated and is meant to be diluted. Given how much water you are mixing it with I would be shocked if the pH wasn't very close to neutral so I wouldn't really worry about that. This product is not a replacement for a full bike wash. Every now and again you really must go all out, take off your wheels, and deep clean the whole bike. If the ride after you do that it rains a bit and your bike has mud and grease on it. This stuff saves you from having to do the deep clean all over again.Onto my single complaint. Would it have killed them to ship the concentrate with an extra bottle? It's not the end of the world to find an empty bottle and most folks probably have one lying around but I did not and it was annoying to have to get one. I'm guessing it couldn't cost much. It's just more of a convenience thing. Overall 4 stars, 4.5 if I could.

I mixed 5 to 1 with water as directed in a spray bottle. Sprayed two small areas and let sit 10 minutes. While it did not just wash off , which I really didn't expect, I used an old toothbrush to gently agitate the area. It did not take a lot of scrubbing. It did work well and I like that it is a concentrate. You can see the difference in the pics attached.

I used to use, Muc off all the time. However, after trying this, I get just the same if not slightly better results. So I have switched to using this. Easy to get good results every time. Its also priced really well. Recommend it fully.

Nice citrus smell and it is safe for the environment, which is important since I clean my bike outdoors and live in a rural area. My bike gets pretty dirty from riding and transporting on a bike rack. This cleaner does the job. I just mixed some up, sprayed the bike with a hose to remove any loose dirt, sprayed on the cleaner, waited about 5 minutes, and hosed off. There were a few spots I had to respray and scrub a little with a brush. I dried my bike after with a microfiber cloth and it looks great! I should have initially ordered the spray bottle cleaner instead of the refill, so I had to get a spray bottle to mix it up in. A little pricy, but should last quite a while since it is concentrated in a nice size bottle. I usually use car wash concentrate and a bucket to wash my bike and spraying this on is easier and less time consuming.

It is easy to mix with water. In use.I have a small battery-operated pressure washer and use this with it to clean my often-filthy mountain bike. It works really well and even removes clumped dirt. My bike wasn’t super dirty, but there were a few stubborn marks on it from previous rides and so I decided to give this cleaner a go. This is the concentrate bottle so I diluted it into a spare spray applicator and sprayed it onto the worst areas and left it to do its work.Disappointingly, coming back to the bike I still had to rub really hard to remove any grime or marks so nothing seemed to have been broken down dirt-wise. The stubborn stains remained stubbornly attached and overall I just wasn’t very impressed. Performance-wise it seems on par with the cheap, own-brand Muc-Off type cleaners that similarly claim to dissolve the dirt so you can just wipe it off, but usually don’t.The citrus smell was quite faint and the warnings re getting it on your eyes and skin were a bit-off putting as they make such a fuss of it being non-toxic etc. I will give it another go in due course when the bikes are filthy, perhaps with a stronger concentration and then update the review as appropriate. As it stands though I had to finish off cleaning the bike with my ancient Finish Line Polish and Protect cleaner, which unlike this cleaner did a good job with final effort, and removed a lot of stuck on dirt and grease that the Gtechniq seemingly couldn’t.PROS:Concentrate bottle should mean better value.Supposed to be non-toxic etc.Faint citrus smell.CONS:Performance - will update if this improves.Cost re the above.Avoid contact with skin and eyes.OVERALL:I think I will stick with my existing cleaner as it just works bett

This bicycle cleaner is not bad it didn't get all the marks off.....but l have had the bicycle outside for sometime, so l expect that is my fault.....I diluted it to one part concentrate to two parts water as all the marks were not coming off....it cleaned up ok though and looks much better than before.....Glad l got to try it out though, and will carry on with it..... l got bored after cleaning the frame, the wheels and spokes will be next!Overall not a bad product, bit pricy.
