Absolutely pure and utter garbage. Some of the machine gears fit so tightly that the tuning pegs would hardly turn, some were so loose they jiggled. And this wasn't about the tightness of the screw, this was about poor machining tolerances in the splines of the gears. One plate was bent like a banana, the package had none of the mounting screws or bushing sleeves that were supposed to be there. If I were the people at amazon, I'd be thoroughly embarrassed to have my name associated with this product at all. I have spent several thousand dollars on guitar parts, mostly from Amazon, and these tuners were far and away the worst things I have ever come across.
