The pins did not align with the holes. The product also came in a damaged box and was repackage in another box. Also the product came slightly damaged. It looked like someone tried it and it didn’t work so they returned it as well.

I just bought this for my 2020 Model X after a concrete bollard decide to collide with the car and crack the original plastic trim. This part is very high quality, fit perfectly, and only took 10 minutes to replace. Highly recommended for anyone in need of a replacement. It looks as good as new.
