I needed customer support for a small issue concerning a pin and they were nothing short of fantastic to work with. I would 100% recommend purchasing from this seller, but also, the tree stand turned out beautifully and matches my decor well. Not a great photo, but it captures the size decently enough. Our tree is real and about 8 feet tall.

Wanted something that was adjustable, didn't look cheap, easy to assemble and could be used on a variety of tree sizes. This is perfect and I'm using now on a small tree with just the 3 sides. Took seconds to assemble and like that I can lay flat for storage. Very clever!

Super cute and looks just like picture- only thing I wasn’t happy about it that mine was missing the metal pieces that attach it together. So I didn’t get to use it this past year when I bought it. There’s no way or requesting Just the missing attachments unless I send the whole thing back for a refund and order a new one, so I didn’t bother. My husband will try to figure out a way to put this thing together this year somehow.

Je n ai qu un mot! Magnifique! Ce cache pied de sapin est juste parfait! Il sort de l ordinaire, met bien en valeur notre sapin et en plus il est ajustable! Il est parfait! J ai reussi très facilement à l’installer, je n ai eu aucun soucis comme cela a été évoqué dans certains commentaires. Les clous rentraient parfaitement dans les trous des différents panneaux. Pour ma part j ai enleve un panneau mais même avec les 5 ce serait joli.

I've never been one for a lot of Christmas decorations, but recently moved and planning to decorate more this year. I really like the design and rustic look of this. It's also practical, both in terms of pricing and use. I didn't want to spend a small fortune on a decoration that's only going to be used for one season and can see this lasting many, so I was satisfied with the price.You have to put it together yourself, which also means you can customize it to fit your tree. So it will work if we have a larger tree one year and a smaller one another year. The info says it can be adjusted up to 28 inches in diameter and though I didn't measure, it seems about right. The package comes with instructions, but assembly is pretty intuitive: Grab a panel, put it next to another panel, insert the screws, tighten, and repeat. You can use 3-5 of the panels depending on the tree size. Taking it apart is easy and since the whole thing is a set of panels, you can just stack them on top of each other, and put it away at the end of the season without it taking up a bunch of storage space.I also like that you can turn the collar around, so you can choose to display the artwork or not. We'll have to see how the base of our tree looks this year to see if we want to draw attention to it with the colorful panel or have the non-decorative galvanized metal showing, which looks good in itself.

We love this Christmas tree collar, it looks great and does a wonderful job of covering up the cheap details of our fake tree. The collar base comes with 5 panels that are easily assembled and adjustable in size. Our tree only needed 4 panels to cover the base. If you have a smaller tree you can assemble it with 3 panels and it would work just fine. I like that it’s adjustable because we do have a fake christmas tree and we’ve definitely had to replace/upgrade christmas trees in the past and this collar will work for whatever tree we might use.Assembly is easy and takes 20 minutes tops. It’s fairly intuitive and comes with all the pieces you need. The only tool required is a Phillips head screwdriver. The material is a galvanized metal so you know it’s seriously durable and we can reuse this every year. I hate buying cheap holiday decor, but this is definitely worth my money.What I like most about this base is that it is so simple and yet it has a nice, polished farm-house look that makes your tree look like you’ve put more money and work into it than you actually have. It looks great in family pictures for the holidays and the farm-house Christmas look isn’t going out of style. It’s so simple and and adds warmth to the Christmas setting.It’s also easy to store away when you disassemble the panels so during the off season it’s not taking up any additional storage space. That’s a nice bonus for us because our family doesn’t have much storage space and this is easy to put away

Exactly what I was looking for! I wanted a galvanized tub for the bottom of our living room tree and this got the job done The metal finish is what I had hoped for. It isn’t shiny and it’s more like an old wash bin finish. I especially like how they gave it an aged feel by marking the edges darker. It’s got great artwork on one of the panels and the print itself looks aged with some wear and tear. Overall it’s a great combination of modern and rustic and matches our country furniture perfectly!Fit great at the base of Fraser Fir tree with all 5 panels. It took us about 10minutes to put together. We just needed to pull out our screwdriver to connect each panel side with 2 screws. The fact that its adjustable is a big plus in case we decide to swamp it with our smaller tree in our dining room. We tested taking away one of the pieces so it was a total of 4 panels and it looks just as great. It also arrived very well packaged in a padded thick cardboard box and each panel was in bubble wrap.We had a cloth skirt before and it was a real pain to maintain. Our tree is in a high traffic area so it would get moved around and our dog would just play with it constantly. Climbing under the tree to fix it and navigating our vacuum around the skirt was never fun. Luckily we won’t have to worry about this metal collar getting wrinkled, wet or attracting our dog. It also just looks very sturdy and adds a nice stable look to our tree.In terms of price, I shopped around and there are pricier options at the high-end retailers like Pottery Barn but this one looks just as great, even better. There was no need to spend that extra money.
