Extremely small and false advertising of product. In picture shows boxes lady is carrying, however this is a perfect size of carrying you car keys. Don't buy. Waste of time and money. How the hell amazon approves this i don't get it.

This thing has really come in handy with moving heavy boxes! It has really saved my back since I got it. We have been clearing out a lot of stuff around the house and the boxes get so heavy. Definitely helps me get the job done quicker and with less hassle!

This dolly is nicely built. It's easy to unfold and deploy, the handle extends to triple its length so you can easy hold and walk with it without your heels hitting the dolly as it follows you. Six caster wheels all roll and turn smoothly in all directions, it's as easy to pull after you as it is to scoot sideways or push it away.I loaded it up with about 400# and it didn't appear to even flex, so I have zero difficulty believing the 500# capacity.It doesn't have much of a footprint, so whatever you put on it has to be able to balance pretty well if it's big. Also it's not very high off the ground, so you don't want something droopy hanging off the edges and dragging on the ground. But if you have a stack of really heavy office boxes, a grandfather clock, a desk, etc., this is going to be your best friend.There's no restriction/catch on the angle of the handle. A lot of folding dollys lock into place at 90 degrees, and then you can tip the whole thing back on its larger hid wheels. This is NOT one of those. The platform stays flat on the ground, and the handle moves freely to any angle.I can't decide if I want to keep this in the coat closet by my front door to move heavy deliveries throughout the house easily, or keep it in the back of my car to move stuff to/from my car easily. Both are really attractive possibilities. A parking lot would work fine, but I wouldn't want to use it on rough pavement or a sidewalk with big cracks, because the casters are excellent on a wood floor or linoleum or dense office carpet. Plush carpet might be tough for it, and anything off-road will instantly lead to frustration or disaster.Excellent item, well built and smooth operation. I'm very happy with this and plan to use the heck out of it!

Unfortunately, the wheels of this cart are plastic. I specifically looked for a cart with rubber wheels. The description says that it has rubber wheels. I am disappointed. Otherwise, everything is fine.
