Your cart is empty.Hawk Performance’s HP Plus brake pad compound is ideal for Autocross and Track Day drivers looking for a high performance race compound that can take the heat of the track and get you home safely without having to change the pads. HP Plus utilizes a unique Ferro-Carbon, high-tech friction material that was developed and manufactured for sport driving in autocross, Solo II and “track day” applications. The Ferro-Carbon formulation offers lower wear rates and higher torque values than other competitive materials. Extremely high coefficient of friction makes HP Plus the perfect upgrade over stock for high performance streetcars used in autocross competition or that experience repetitive, heavy braking. Warning: Due to the dramatic friction levels produced by this product to achieve "race-level" braking, rotor wear, noise, dust and pad life may be affected. Note: Hawk Performance burnishes its HP Plus brake pads as a final step in the factory, but all brake pads have to be bedded-in with the rotors (new or used) that they will be used against. Properly bedding-in new brake pads results in a transfer film being generated at the pad and rotor interface to maximize brake performance.

Very good feel with high level abrasion. Fit excellent except that the wear pin had rotated and wouldn't initially fit. Turned with vise and then fine.

Used them for a track day and now daily driving. They were good at the track. Downfall is they leave A LOT of break dust and VERY noisy for city driving.

Paired these pads with Motul 5.1 brake fluid and Dunlop Direzza DZ102s and the results were great. Not sure what rotors, just slotted. I drive very spiritedly on the road, about 5,000 miles, and I had these pads for 2 track days (about 2 hours of on track time). They lasted for one season and will need to be replaced, but with how hard I drive my car, I'm not surprised.These held up very well on the track, with only slight fade near the end of the 2nd and 3rd 20-minute sessions on the track.Looking to purchase the HP Plus pads this year to see how they compare to these.

Easy to install "like any brake pad is" and Amazon has the cheapest price for these pads. I am really happy with them so far.

Replaced a set of "kragen' brake pads with these Hawks. I live in the mountains so my commute into town takes its toll on my brakes. I installed these pads and have been treated to silent, and smooth braking. Vast improvement over big box cheapo pads. You get what you pay for. Can't give them 5 stars until I live wear these out. So far very satisfied.

best pads, great stopping, lifetime warranty but haven't needed to replace after install, why not protect you $$$$$ vehicle and passengers with these good brake pads rather than cheap factory ones. just be sure to turn rotors to make sure they are good also or pads will get ruined.
