Pads worked perfectly paired up with my StopTech steel braided break lines. Does squeaks a lot during street driving. But once the pads are heated up, they really stop. Tested at Thunderhill at Tracknight America.

Installed the first set on a Carrera S, like them a lot. Bought another set (different part number) for the E39, works great, love the bite. Brake dust is a bit more than the Akebono Euro ceramic pads, but not as bad as the stock OEM pads.

Do not buy these pads for anything but track use. They squeal horribly. Hawk needs to be more honest with their advertising. Sure, they will get you to and from the track, but you definitely do not want them on your daily driver. Every stop there is squealing unless they are warmed up from track use.

NOTE: I purchased the companion front set also in this same product line, review is all inclusive of front and back pads together with new rotors.Pros - great grip at high speeds, best I've ever felt.Cons - Very high amount of break dust. Occasional squealing which should go away over time, but it is annoying.

If you're looking to improve your stopping power with 0 fade, this is what you need. I installed these all around on my E36 M3 and I cant explain how much bite this pads have. Maybe has to deal with my other upgrades like rotors and stainless steel lines but these pads stopped me no problem specially when they get to temperature. Also even tho I had about 5 sessions with hard driving, they didn't seem to be wear off, they also dust a lot but is expected. Do not try to run this on your daily driven car as they make a lot of noise, like if you were running out of pads, even tho I bedded mines, still get noise at any speed, they need to be hot in order to be quiet. Overall..I'm happy and since my car is a dedicated track car. I don't mind the noise on the street once in a while.

This was a good track pad but on the street it produced a lot of break dust and was super loud. I had people getting in my car and saying I needed to replace my breaks it was so loud. On the track though it had great bite and endured the heat with ease. I don't suggest this on a daily driver.

No dust! No noise! Great performance! These brakes have increased my driving experience because they are extremely linear with no fading.

These are my first set of race pads and these things are awesome for the track. I don't even need to try braking hard and the car slows down just fine. On street the pads are loud at times but after my first track day seem to not be that loud anymore. They do dust like crazy which is expected from a track pad. I'm also told the dust will eat the paint off the car so I tend to wash the car after each event and I don't drive much on the street. Amazon had the best price I could find at the time. E36 M3 BMW.
