I know Hawk brake pads, have used them in at least 4 of my cars in the past and know they perform extremely good and have no complains about how this set perform but the noise they make is intolerable, I mean, its impossible to drive the car with someone whit out explaining the difference between street cheap pads and performance ones and why they make the noise. They should be labeled as "Race use only".Another negative issue is pads come with no wear sensor. A4 use a wear sensor and you have to bypass it in order to get no dash lights on or ecu errors.Not sure if will keep them, the noise is incredible annoying for daily use.

Happy with the stopping power when combined with good rotors. Low dust and no squeaking after 7 months. Only complaint I have is the rear parking brake "creaks" a little when set that the OEM hardware didn't do. Not sure if its these pads but seem like the culprit.

These pads show a green check as correct fitment but they DO NOT fit a 2011 VW GTI rear. The worst part is there is no link on my order details to process a return :(

Really good price off Amazon and was shipped in reasonable time. I've used for several months now and these feel descent. Hardly do really aggressive braking but the one time I did really felt the pads grip. There's some squeal noise but when it's cold and this is significantly less noise actually than my stock pads.

Pro - Better braking power then OEM, would buy these when they are on sale.Con - It creates a lot of brake dust, more then OEM did.

Great brake pads, really thick, and no dust. Fit my 2006 Audi A6 Quattro. Come with grease and a sticker.Braking was sluggish at first but then worn in, became better.They make some noise with my new Bosch QuietCast Premium Disc Brake Rotor at really low speeds, when I let go of brakes and then brake fast again. Maybe they are just wearing in.

The pads work very well and stop awesome at fast speeds! Very little break dust is collected on my rims which is also a plus. Recommend these anyone great brake pads for the price and arrived on time!

So far a great pad switched from Hawk HP that I somehow Cooked and a track event at Road America. I have not Tracked this pad yet!! but the pad has cleaned the rotors well from that track day. After talking to a few racers I recommend not following hawks bedding inst. to the T Hawk says to bed them Right away don't do this instead put 100-200 of urban miles on no heavy braking then follow Hawks inst. and you'll be a happy camper! The Noise is common on a trackable pad I knew this going into it Will update if I track them but may take the plung on a BBK
