This shirt came just in time for our "false summer" we got yesterday. I no longer work in the healthcare field but always liked the way most scrubs felt when I wore them. This is heavier than your standard scrub material yet it is lightweight and very comfortable. The sizing was spot on. I always wash my clothes before wearing new clothes and I did wash this and it came out of the dryer looking like new. It was hot and humid yesterday and this shirt was comfortable while outside in the heat and inside with climate control.
