Purchased this item Feb 2024 due to the great reviews. It stopped heating in the middle then all together. I did all the troubleshooting suggestions and messaged the seller in December but no response. Now I have to get a new one for a product that worked for less than a year

The press I had began to malfunction with the temp control box. I decided it was time to go bigger. I've had this 4 months now and its great. I do miss the old one swinging the lid to the side. This one just raises so I have to be careful not to burn myself. But overall, I'm very pleased. It allows me to press images on larger shirts that I struggled with before.Super easy to set up and use too. While the upfront cost is a big purchase, I've definitely gotten my money's worth out of it with all the projects I've done.The temp seems pretty accurate too. I have not taken a thermometer to it, but it works really well on my shirts and more.

I bought this press so I could sublimate larger panels for bagmaking. My previous press worked out of the box just fine but this one has extensive ghosting around the edges. We've tried numerous pressure settings, using the foam pad, not using the foam pad, pre-pressing the fabric. Nothing is working. So now this is unfortunately just an expensive paperweight, because of course it's too late to return after all the time we spent trying to get it to work.Item doesn't come with any instructions on how to adjust the pressure so it will work correctly.

Sadly my heat press was stuck shut. After a lot of searching on the internet, it seems once in a while a heat press will develop a strong suction, especially during shipping, so strong that you can't break it. I am assuming that must be what was the case here. But eventually, SmarketBuy did refund it in full, so I am pleased. I believe it probably is a good heat press overall, but I unfortunately got a fluke one. But I do not blame SmarketBuy for that.

It didn’t come with all the parts that was supposed to come with itEdited to add press stopped working after just 2 weeks of using it. Power button will not toggle to the off position. && when powered on it turns off and on by its self.Edited AGAIN.. to say company was amazing and sent me a new power box after I sent them a video of it not working. Love this one so much more than a pull down press.
