Decent thickness ABS construction. Individual dampers on the supply branches. It has a mounting pad for screw in installation on wall or ceiling. Dampers adjust with just the right amount of resistance - not too loose, and not hard to turn the knobs. I should have got the 75mm, but I have reducers that will make this one work. Would be nice at the price if included clamps. Otherwise, it's a good duct solution for a diesel heater.

I got this for a diesel heater project, but made a mistake and got a 60mm instead of 75mm. My bad, so my review isn't based on being able to use it for a diesel heater. Five stars overall because it does what it says. Overall a good Y valve made of plastic including the close valves (minus a single screw on top of each one), which to me means this will be excellent in moisture. The valves don't close 100%. Looking at my photo you can see light through the edges of them, but if you were, lets say, attaching this to a car heater vent it closes to near 98%, which is more than good enough for that kind of application. The valves have just the right amount of stiffness so you can set them partially open or closed and it shouldn't change with air flow. So thumbs up, I'm just disappointed that I can't use it for what I wanted because of my own mistake.
