These metals of ties did help repair my dog kennel. You have to be careful because it has sharp edges and it can and will cut your fingers.

Be prepared to spend another $20+ on quality bolts. Also, tightening these bolts is an issue due to the square heads of the bolts pulling through the cheap material.

These ties are very convenient for securing chain link fence to the posts, particularly end posts. My neighbor's dog was squeezing through the end of the fence. We had no idea how he was getting into my yard until one day the neighbor's son and I witnessed the dog doing it. Although we thought it was hilarious, it was not a safe situation for the dog. So my neighbor got these ties and secured the fence ends. The dog never got into my yard again.I decided to order a pack of these myself, to secure my fence on the other side of my yard. They are so much stronger than the plastic ties, and are not affected by the sun like the plastic ones are.I highly recommend wearing gloves and using caution when working with any sort of metal.
