I have an old stainless steel sink in my place, and have resurfaced a previous sink using the pad. Just scrub with the grain, using dish soap and water. Rinse and towel dry. Sink will look like New again.

Great quality pad. Too dense to work with Joe pad holder I got. Going to cut down use for cleaning pans. Was able to push around unattached to pad holder, it took off grout haze that med pad would not.

Things are going to get scratched, pans that you cook in and use on a regular basis, for instance. these may cause very minor scratches but if they’re bothering you that’s kind of on you. Bottom line - my pans are clean!

These pads do work well. Problem is, they will scratch. I have a brand new stainless flat top have used it twice. Still had to do a bit more cleaning. Got these pads. And tried them out. Guess what? They scratched my new flat top. They are not scratch proof. Save your money if you are looking to clean you stainless steel flat top.
