The most weight ive put on the belt was 55 but so far its been good and has held up.

All the dip belts come from China and are private labeled. This is a generic belt and it works great just like all the others including the big name brands.

Simple and serves the purpose.I have been using it with 10 LB weight and I did not have to replace the carabiner or the chain.I use it once a week and been using it for a few weeks now with no issues.

Used only for dips. Belt itself feels very nice and sturdy. I've loaded 2 45lb plates on and haven't been a problem. Only complaint is that the chain is small and the length is kinda short. Other than that, was a great belt for a good price

It is actually well made. I've put two plates on, had no issue. Chain for me is the right length and I'm on the short side of 6 feet tall. I can't tell you about the padding because I'm not a pansy. I use this to become ridiculous like Ronaldo or Serena. Get one if you agree.
