Grandson lost the key to his 4-wheeler. This was a replacement and it was super easy to install and worked great! We've had to order a couple of these...several grandchildren with keys = lost keys. :)

Clipped in to the wiring harness perfectly no issues, however, I did notice I needed to file down the plastic that went over the inside the housing. But no issue other than that works perfectly.

Wasn't paying attention to the wire colors matching when I hooked it up. The key shorted the positive and negative wires, melted my harness, and nearly caught fire as I frantically rushed to unplug the molten hot connector. Now my quad needs a bunch of wires replaced and it probably fried other electronics. A $7 part now requires a $150 repair.

Great value. But i needed to attach copper wire to posts. Could have used a larger hole or someplace to wrap the wire.

it fit perfect on a chinese atv. all plugs were the same and wire color. it all worked perfect.

High resistance when switched on. Not sure if I'll take it apart to check the contacts or buy just a different one. The may be something a little out of place insideThe resistance through the wires changed from 3.4 ohms to 17 ohms during the initial check.It should be nearly 0 ohms.

This switch was identical to the one on my machine with one exception; the connector was not pinned the same way as mine. I used a large diameter sewing needle to release the terminals and re-pin the connector to match my old one. It works well.

This is not plug and play. You will need to reconfigure the wiring. A simple process. But compared to the price of the oem, this is a super good deal.
