Simple process of unpacking and putting together guided by easy to follow vodeo. Fantastic Customer Service with Q&A and special requests. We both got a Hiland 700 Hybrid bike and are enjoying some customization! We buy from Hiland again!

It looks nice but the issues are not few with this bike. I had to order second one. after first one i realised the rear wheel gear hub is wobbling. I order second bike and there was another issue with the front fork alignment. So i kept the first one and the swap the wheel only. I didn't have other option. I didn't want to order the third one. It was frustrating. The horizontal bar is kinda of high. Im 5.11" and is still touching my crouch while standing. So is for tall people. Another thing i want to instal a trunk and there is no option for classic trunck because there are no extra holes at the rear fork. The front handle bar can not be raised.

This is a really nice bike but beware it is TALL. I am 5'8" and can barely stand over the top tube. Clearly this bike is meant for tall cyclists. It is well made and fun to ride. The rear derailleur is from Shimano, but the shifters and front derailleur are from LTWOO. They work very well, no problem. Could not get the brakes to really bite well, so fitted hydraulic ones from Tektro, now it's really good. Also added a slight riser handlebar, a suspension seat post, a slightly more plush saddle left over from another project, and a water bottle cage and pump. Done about 700 kms so far, most on pavement but some smooth dirt roads as well. Nice bike for tall people. Lots for your $$$

no customer service, did not expect to fix broken parts

I still could not understand how could that big chuck of metal broke, quite scary in the middle of a city ride, the bike shop told me to replace the back wheel, write to the customer service, and waiting for their response hoping they would have parts

Great value as compared to purchasing a bicycle from a brick and mortar store. The bike came with fenders which weren't in the picture. I have a 30" inseam and the bike is a good fit for me. I did purchase a handlebar stem with a 4" rise which makes it a much more comfortable ride. Assembly was very straight forward...no directions needed. I did have to tighten the front derailleur cable out of the box, but other than that everything was as advertised.

Bike arrive broken, all scratches and not able to ride with it for 1 minutes the rear wheel is absolutely not good for nothing ..you will regret your buying..

I purchased the Hiland 700C Hybrid Bicycle as a birthday gift to myself. I turn 75 in March.My mechanical skills are moderate, but I found the assembly easy. Follow the instructions, and adjust and re-tighten the front wheel, handlebars, and seat after you ride the bike the first time.I am enjoying my birthday gift.

Garbage, and trash customer service.

The bike itself was easy enough to assemble, but there are either some serious QA issues that need to be addressed, or something needs to be done with how these bikes are packed and shipped. Everything on the bike needs to be tuned, from the brakes to the derailleur to truing of the wheels themselves. So much tuning will need to be done on this bike that unless you are decently skilled with bike maintenance you will need to take it to a bike shop for a tune-up. The actual product is good enough but needs a lot of work.

You can't beat the value this bike provides and the feature to lock the front shocks truly makes this a joy to ride on hard surfaces. There was an initial issue with the tires, but the company resolved it quickly and I'm back on the road. One other pleasant surprise - my bike came with a kickstand.
