Canada Geese….look out. Due to undue pressure from “animal” lovers, all common sense is gone and these nuisance birds are over populating everywhere. So all that’s left is to make them think they don’t want to be in our neighborhood. They poop, dogs eat it and the dogs get sick(2 dogs separate family’s both infected with bacteria both in ICU and huge vet bills). So what can we do? We can use the green laser light to make them think a predator. We have seen the numbers go down and while they still come around it’s definitely a deterrent.I have an amazing video would love to post. Several neighbors have these. Works best near sunup, sundown or at night or cloudy. Not as great bright sunny days. Recommend inexpensive scope and tape it to the light. Helps see where you are shining. We don’t shine if they are flying . But boy they take off quickly when we do 😂.Battery life is amazing.

This is a nice tool for construction. It’s made of plastic and light so you can’t drop it too many times. It is still very useful to me. Would buy again and shipping was fast

Good: Can see the beam for a long way, I can only measure 875' or 266m in my location, may shine farther than 1500' or 460m. Pattern caps a cool. battery life seems fine.Bad: Incorrectly labeled as type c charging. there is no cap for a solid dot, making it open ended. Cap threads aren't tight and may cross thread/strip. "Ask rufus" says it's 100mw, that is not true, it will not burn paper. Button is a little too easy to press/light weight.Overall: Decent for the price, it is brighter than a laser you get at the grocery store check out. I got it for star gazing, and for camping as a fire starter. Fix the issues and sold for $25 this would be 5 stars. It's a solid 3 stars for $30 and the issues previously mentioned.

powerful, and compact, works well, I love it! In south Florida, has no effect on Pelicans or osprey but still fun to use. I only use it at night!

Well my gf gave it to me after she found it in the dryer. Meaning it was also washed. Usually stays in my safety vest but I guess since it died and needed a charge I put it in my pants and she is great for helping me with my laundry but never checks my pockets. She said it didn’t work, but I knew it had no charge anymore so I plugged it. After a few minutes checked it out, and it worked! So I recommend it !!

I ordered this despite already having a similar one because I'm trying to consolidate all my electronics to C type chargers. The one I have uses an odd size battery and a proprietary charger, but was similar in every other way in function and brightness. The biggest and major difference between this one and the one with the funny battery is the on/off switch. My old one has a protected button on the butt (you can't accidentally push it on), and is just a regular on/off button. This one has a button on the side in a weird spot compared to how you would hold it, is not protected from accidental bumps in your bag, and the worst part is that it will not stay on if you let go of the button. You must be holding the button down for the light to work. I have returned this as the C charging capability didn't make up for not being able to just turn it on and leave it on.
