1/17/25 - Had a chance to use several of these heat shrink spades. The heat shrink burns and turns blackish brown before the heat shrink melts / shrinks. Very poor quality!

over all the connector is ok for the money. i read the reviews and took note that these may not play well with other connectors and they are right. these are much thinner blade.so, #1, the blade is too loose in other connectors. #2, the females, are too tight and i had to spread them, each one, to fit on battery terminals.but if you are using them in pairs... male and female... they are good.shrink and adhesive worked good. i used a butane torch and i got some slight bubbling from over heating which is my bad. but over all they work fine.my only main complaint is they are not standard to other spades.

Used these for two small projects and found them to be awesome. One small issue tho. When I heat shrunk the female connector, the heat shrink material oozed over the end. After I let it cool down, was able to use a straight edge razor to remove the "over-ooze". No biggy. The actual heat shrink bond is awesome...watertight and hard. Great for marine/boat applications.UPDATE (Aug 15, 2017) - Been using a lot of these...had to order some more. These are great! Holding up well on all my applications. Best price out there for 50+50 of these.
