Easy swap despite crammed location. You will need T25, T20 screw drivers, some curve forceps are handy and a spark plug wrench. Before the saw sputtered and after ran like new! (Homelite 49cc light frame, light duty saw)

This carb is not a replacement for the original on a Homelite Model UT1054 chainsaw. Choke is different, there is a pin on the manifold side which doesn't exist on the original. Throttle lever is different. Fuel line placement is different. Returning it and I'll try another.

Basically plug and play. The pin on the manifold side was too long and had to cut it back to 2mm to fit. Installed and chainsaw runs great now. Will purchase another one as backup as the ethanol in the fuel destroys the fuel lines and causes crap to get into the carb.
