These shields, no matter the brand, are great when new, but easily scratched. Buying them at the lowest price makes the inevitable scratches less of a disaster. I’d gladly pay more if their lifespan was proportional to the cost, but that’s not been my experience.

OEM Replacement Part. I ordered the clear shield to replace the scratched one that I had. Easy installation! Very satisfied with this product!

I would give it 5 stars except that when it arrived it had the tabs for the "pinlock" system. It is not advertised as pinlock and the images don't show it either. Not really a big deal but the tabs do catch my attention once in a while out of my peripheral view, which can be annoying. I would have returned it but I already opened it - plus I only had a tinted visor which doesn't cut it for my ride home from school at 11 at night. Besides that the shield is crystal clear and a perfect fit. It took longer to open the package than it did to install on my HJC IS-16 helmet.

I go through a lot of these, because I tend to scratch them up sooner or later. I bang into walls, drop my helmet, etc.This is a nice, inexpensive shield with good visibility.

WOW! I thought I was going blind looking through my old visor! And, I'm sure dropping my helmet and watching it bounce across the parking lot at the bike shop didn't help either! I didn't think those scratches bothered my vision that much, but this new visor rocks! Crystal clear, and fits as perfect as the original. I have the HJC IS-16 helmet.
